The McCain Cardiff Cross Challenge takes place on Sunday 17th January 2010 at Blackweir Park, alongside the River Taff just north of Cardiff city centre.

• All races are fully marshalled

• The course is marked to National Standards

• Changing rooms, showers and toilets on the course

• St John's Ambulance in attendance

• Sports massage therapy, sports shop and food vans present

• Hotel accommodation nearby

The event is open to almost all age groups. The closing date for entries is 10th January 2010.
